Testimonials

I was impressed by the busy calm atmosphere and the sense of purpose that was tangible. It was a very real privilege to be allowed a glimpse of what is clearly an excellent school.

Welcome to Eston Park School

Eston Park School is a school which has been transformed into a vibrant and successful institution and which is now seen as the natural choice for a substantial number of parents.

Eston Park School is big enough to provide an education of the highest quality and yet small enough to ensure that every pupil feels cared for and valued as an individual.
OFSTED describe Eston Park as a school where 'pupils show a good attitude to learning and a willingness to work', where 'the quality of relationships is a major strength', where 'behaviour is very good' and where 'staff provide high quality support and guidance'.

Our reputation continues to grow and visitors are consistently impressed with the appearance and behaviour of pupils, with the quality of the environment and the buildings and with the way in which everyone connected with the school believes in it and supports it.

We are an open and welcoming school, facing our future with great confidence and optimism. Please come and have a look at us and make your own decision. We hope and trust that you will want to be a part of our success story.

Jim Rogers, Head Teacher

Endeavour Progress Success

  • At Eston Park School we believe absolutely in the importance of education and in the right of every individual to have the best possible start in life.
  • Our aim is to create a caring environment in which young people can learn and enjoy themselves in an atmosphere of security and mutual consideration.
  • We organise the school to ensure that everyone feels important as an individual, whilst at the same time benefiting from being part of a larger community which offers well qualified, hard working and committed staff (both teaching and non teaching), excellent facilities and a wide range of opportunities.

To enable pupils to achieve their potential we:

  • Provide a pastoral system which supports each pupil and reinforces the value of the individual
  • Offer a curriculum which is broad, balanced and tailored to suit the needs of the individual
  • Make available a wide range of extra curricular activities
  • Work closely with the community which we seek to serve
  • Provide an environment which is safe, warm and comfortable

The Curriculum we provide:

  • An academic learning programme which is broad and varied
  • Continuity and clear lines of progression
  • A wide range of learning styles and experiences
  • At KS4 a core programme covering 10 GCSEs for all (Double Science, English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, ICT, Business Studies, Business Communication, Statistics and RE)

Pupils are very keen and enthusiastic to come to school. They are enthusiastic learners and respond very well to additional learning opportunities.
