THE LEADERSHIP TEAM AT ESTON PARK
Our main purpose is to create the conditions which will allow pupils to learn and achieve
their very best. Young people are central to everything we do and their interests are our
paramount concern.
We:
- Project a leadership role across the whole school
- Adopt working practices that support and integrate with each other
- Make group decisions and project them as a team
- Constantly refer back to Vision and Aims
- Are approachable, interactive and able to respond rapidly
- Meet together regularly to discuss the following key areas of operation:
- Management issues
- Standards of learning
- Quality of teaching
- Staffing
- Staff development
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Achievement
- Behaviour management
- Pupils
- Teach well in the classroom
- Visit classrooms every day to monitor whole school performance
- Are proactive, optimistic, constructive and innovative
- Are creative thinkers
