The aim of Lincoln House is to develop and celebrate success and achievement. We believe that each pupil deserves a high quality of guidance, support and care and our committed team work together to provide our pupils with the skills, confidence and motivation for their personal development. We believe that parents and guardians should also be involved in their children’s progress and we encourage their support through regular contact. We have created a safe and pleasant environment within Lincoln House to ensure our pupils feel secure, happy and appreciated as a member of our House. The Lincoln team strives to unlock potential in our tutees. We enable pupils to access their talents and find new interests through our extensive extracurricular opportunities. The school ethos is alive and kicking in Lincoln House and our high standards encourage our pupils to reach for success, particularly through the Eston Park Challenge – a system that rewards pupils for getting involved, behaving well and trying their best.
Our Prefects play an important role in our House. They are crucial in promoting the ‘pupil voice’ and making a difference for our young people.
These pupils are nominated to speak for their peers and present any issues or requests that they may have.
